Importing guests from a spreadsheet
Paste from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV and we'll match the columns for you.
You can add your whole guest list in one go. On the Guests page, choose Import, then either paste rows straight from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV or Excel file.
Tips for a clean import
- Include a column for name and one for phone number
- Phone numbers can be any format — we'll standardize them
- Add a group column to sort guests into tables or sides automatically
We'll preview the match before anything is saved, so you can fix mistakes first.
